Who pays PF and ESI for contract staff?
The staffing agency, as the legal employer, deducts and deposits PF and ESI. The cost is included in the monthly invoice to the client.
Can I make a contract employee permanent?
Yes. Most of our contracts include a temp-to-perm option, allowing you to absorb an associate after an agreed period, sometimes with a conversion fee.
